The Manfrotto Top System 43 is a versatile overhead lighting suspension system that can be expanded or modified to suit your needs. It provides precise positioning of lights easily and quickly, eliminating the clutter of lighting stands and power cables on the ground. The system utilizes a combination of rails, carriages, telescopic columns, and manual hoists with spring/cable or motorized hoists.

Features of the Manfrotto Top System 43 for Large Studios:

• The aluminum rails in this set measure 9' 10' and 13' 3'.
• This set includes 2 fixed rails and 2 movable rails.
• The pantograph supports a load of up to 26 pounds suspended using friction device only, while loads up to 40 pounds require optional springs for maximum use.
• The hoists can be adjusted to maintain the balance of suspended loads from 2 pounds to 10 pounds perfectly.
• The colored ring can adjust the hoist friction; this will ensure the load stays steady when set in place, but will move smoothly up and down when necessary. It is recommended to use springs to assist in lifting the hoists.
• Each hoist extends from 1'6 inches to 6'6 inches.
• Nylon wheels and metal ball bearings ensure safe operation with loads up to 39.5 pounds.
• The aluminum rails allow for effective use around studio walls and corners for backlighting, curtains, and backdrops.
• All components are black in color to eliminate unwanted reflections.
