Extend the second riser of the Manfrotto Combi Boom Stand HD, which is 13 feet long, to the maximum, press the lever, and you will have a two-section boom arm stand. When used as a boom arm stand, this steel-made stand with two aluminum risers has a maximum load capacity of 11 pounds, strong enough to mount a small light with a softbox or umbrella.
